THEE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, DISMISSIVE, POOR DINNING & CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE AKA FAST FOOD EXPERIENCE EVER!! I've NEVER had... to become Aggressive as to raise my voice to get the food I ordered for. Never. The Cashier/Cook felt that it was more importantto converse with his homey rather than to serve me the food I just paid almost $20 for, just for myself, mind you. When I said,"Excuse me Sir, can you please give me my order, he looked at me as if I were bothering him. The two ladies were busy cookingother orders & when I raised my voice & said," Number 30 that's my order & it's getting cold. I just paid $20 for a burger,bruh, can I at least eat it warm?" And the girl told me to & I quote; "Chill, I got you." Of course she was smiling & stoppedcooking just to hand me my order which I thought was considerate of her. But I was treated with an air of hostility... Perhapsbecause I came when it was 30 min from closing, I don't know. But Corporate can view the cameras & see what I am talking about.Very POOR, Hostile service. There were two, Senior ladies who were very nice & understanding & remained silent while their ordergot colder & colder... All this while the Cashier guy was kicking it with his friend, even joking about something. VeryUnprofessional, I say. And I was raised in a poor area where any attitude is accepted even glorified... But to bring thisattitude into the workplace with paying customers should be a Sin. Having a stand-offish, dismissive attitude with customers issurely a business killer & I beg to question the Manager's judgement when hiring employees not fit for customer service. Iwouldn't buy my dog a burger from there. Five Guys is going down hill, so much so, attorneys are looking into the matter. If Icould give them a negative 5 stars I definitely would. The pictures you see in the reviews for the five guys at the Florida Mall. The food and the service I give a 4 star. I have the... bacon double cheeseburger and cajun fries but unfortunately the fries was a little bit too much Cajun for me lol but the burgerwas okay. The burger wasn't really worth $9 but I would say $5 will be okay. But when I recommendedI would say yes if this isyour first time eating at a five guys because this was my first time. May be the worst Five Guys in the country. 14+ minutes to get 2 burgers and 1 fry. Staff is indifferent to any issues you may... have. My wife's burger was compiled of all the scrapings from the griddle and they wanted to argue about remaking it and thenrequired a receipt to remake the sandwich...like I bought it from another burger joint who wraps their sandwiches in foil...in afood court...in a mall. This was the location in the Florida mall. The cashier was friendly and answered my questions with no problem. The food was very... hot and very fresh. When you order a regular fries you get a huge amount, enough to share and we had some fries leftover. Read more
