Overall it was a good experience. I went in just to place an order to take home. They are very nice. An older gentleman and a... couple younger guys working the evening shift. The food was amazing. The wait time can sometimes be longer than expected butit's worth it. Read more
We waited over 40 minutes for an order of fries and a hamburger it seemed slow for a Monday night not that many people in there... besides myself . the staff was arguing with each other Very unprofessional while I waited . Employees were arguing amongst themselves, while I patiently stood and waited on my fries,then one employee gave me sarcastic... attitude when he asked if Iwas waiting on my fries still...,took over 20 mins to get my food, it wasnot busy,but they were busyarguing that they couldn't take any more orders. There is not one single negative word I can think of when describing this establishment. The food is amazingly good THE FRENCH... FRIES ARE REAL POTATOES. I mean the toppings that you can put on the burger is amazing. No doubt I will be back again. Read more
Update 1/8/22: Got Uber eats: big chunks of salt all over the fries. What is wrong with you, people??? I can add more, but I... can't take it out. Management better do something about this already. Wish these guys put less salt in their fries. Been here 3times and it's always am overload of salt. We can always add more if needed, but shaking off the excess is a bit difficult. Read more
This is the most disorganized and mismanaged five guys store I have eaten at. My number was 55 and he just served 57 and 46 at... the same time. So the guy who just ordered and the guy who ordered 30 minutes ago got the food at the same time. It?s 40 minutessince I ordered.
