Not a good experience. To be fair I don't order from here often. So the flavors are different. But tonight my boneless spareribs... tasted like bad meat that was cooked but not very well. I won't be ordering from here again. Good luck. Read more
I would love to give this place a five-star review because I love the food. However, my experiences with the lady at the counter... are so ridiculously rude. First time I waited at the counter because she was on her phone, figured it may be business related soI don't bug her. After a couple minutes there's a line so I take a peek over the counter and she's scrolling through Amazon onher phone, unreal that I had to say something to get her to do her job instead of shop. Many other times she's done similar butthat stuck out because I caught her neglecting her job for Amazon. If she doesn't want to work there that badly (it's veryobvious) then they should hire someone to replace her. Smaller and more of an annoyance than real complaint is I always orderonline so when I get there I tell them I'm picking up an online order. Every single time they try to look me up in theirnot-online system and can't find me until I repeat that it's online. Small but annoying. Horrible experience.. Whenever I try a new Chinese place I order chicken wings and pork fried rice because it?s the easiest... things to make.. but dang. My chicken wings were old and overcooked, and I had to pluck off like 10 feathers from them. There?sno way they didn?t see them when they cooked it.
