I came in for lunch and had the Hook & Ladder which was fresh and tasted good. The only thing I had to shake my head about was... the cashier. She greeted me with a smile and was pleasant. I asked for a medium Hook & Ladder combo and she asked if I wantedthe pickle. I said that I did and I followed that with the request not to have onions on my sandwich. She then asked if I wantedthe combo to be small, medium or large. I looked at her for a second, dumbfounded that she didn't listen to what I had said.
