I have been visiting orlando from England for near on 3 decades and have eaten at loads of sub restaurants. I stumbled across... Firehouse about 10 years ago whilst looking for the Quiznos at florida mall that had closed business. This place is the 1stpoint of call when I'm on the way to my hotel after a 9 hour flight. This is a small restaurant. I was going to Jimmy John?s, but they closed. I decided to try Firehouse subs. I told them that I... just wanted ham and veggies. They added cheese to my subs without telling me. Please Firehouse subs, ask customers if theywant cheese before adding. Subs were not good. Minus 3 stars for taste and customer satisfaction. Toasted bread and warm yummy sandwich. It is best if you eat these right away for if you wait too long they get cold and a... little soggy. Have plenty of napkins for the dripping juices and your chin. The place was clean and friendly staff was great.The bread we perfectly done and it was a delicious meal. So upset. I usually love Firehouse's Loaded Potato Soup but today's batch was horrible. Been craving the soup all week finally... get it, get back to work only to open it and find chunks of potatoes and chunks of cheese inside a bowl of water. Someonedropped the ball on this one! Read more
Firehouse subs always taste good if you want a fast food sub. They have a great soda fountain and hot sauce bar. The donate to... local firefighter too. This particular location had great service. Read more
Subs are good but getting rid of all the sauces means I no longer really want to come here. Bummer.
