I asked for a bacon egg and cheese bagel hashbrowns two glazed donuts and a frozen coffee with caramel. told me to pull up and... totally forgot about me I waited about 15 minutes for this order had to go back through the drive-through my food was ready atthe window but no one came out rang the doorbell since this is a drive-through only location no one came to the door went backto the drive-through my food was ready but had to wait behind people to get it. Their dining room is closed randomly and their drive through was built incorrectly so it's too small for many vehicles. Not... worth coming here. 1st time the drink was wrong and 2nd time it just wasn't made very well. Not very consistent. Read more
This was my 4th time coming here and also my last. I just left their drive thru. The lady taking the orders was clearly engaged... in a conversation that was more important than her job. She took my order and never responded. She never said pull up to thefirst window, nor confirm my order. After 2 minutes of no interaction, I drove up. When I finally reach the window she wasengaged in a conversation all in Spanish. The guy she was speaking with knew she wasn't giving me what I ask for. I understandSpanish, I just can't speak it. 1 she didn't give me my hash brown 2 I ordered a small frozen mocha with whip cream. She gaveme blended ice with coffee flavor. The food was okay regular Dunkin? Donuts complaints there. The real problem is whoever designed the building. The drive thru is... ENTIRELY TOO NARROW ! If you own anything other than a compact car I recommend you go to a different location. Terrible service. terrible attitudes. They tell you to pull up and park because they have to remake the drink that they made... wrong and then forget about you. This is a drive through location only, so when you ring the doorbell they just want to mouththrough the window that I have to drive through. Then they want to ask me what drink I?m talking about as if I haven?t paid . Iwatched at least 5 cars pull out of the drive through before I was upset enough to go to the door. Be better dunkin. This particular location at this time is drive through only I had the egg and cheese crossont with hash browns with coffee. The... service was fast the staff was friendly clean parking lot lot of drinks and breakfast options. One good thing is Dunkin keepstrying new menu items so lot of options to try new things Read more
