The manager Melissa was amazing!! She saved the day for me as i was waiting with my client for the Pride Parade to begin and hop... on our float? she really went above and beyond and i couldn?t be more grateful! I started coming to this store because Sandra was transferred here .. now out the blue she is gone , this whole place went... downhill . She knew my coffee on point with no questions asked. Everytime I come to this store the service is TERRIBLE! They act like there mad because you ordered something!???????? The... morning manager is the worst. She don't acknowledge people as they enter the store. The employees are so talkative to the pointthat they're ALWAYS BACKED UP ORDERS! I doordash so I come to this store often to witness this behavior on a day to daybasics. The owner of this store really needs to have a conversation with his employees.
