It started a little shaky when we ordered through the drive through. Part of our order was incorrect and sat in thr drive... through waiting for help. Thats when we received excellent service from Sierra. She came out and apologized for theinconvenience and addressed the error with the order immediately. She was pleasant and courteous. Read more
I had a great experience here. We stopped in today around 1:30 in the afternoon, and the gentleman that helped us was very... friendly and made sure we left happy customers. The lady at the window also seemed to be friendly with the people going throughthe drive thru and when we left saw her running out to hand a customer their drink. Went the other day for a quick bite and some tea before getting my day started. The employees left to run this store either have... no idea what?s going on, don?t care or are too overworked to care. Barely greeted when I pulled up to the speaker. Had torepeat myself several times and correct the person taking my order of what my order was. They were out of multiple things, whichisn?t their fault; everyone is still struggling with supply chain issues. But no attempt to find a substitute is made, it?s justa curt ?we don?t have that? when whatever item is ordered, although that?s happened at a lot of Dunkins I?ve been to lately.When I got to the window; the woman cashed me out, then handed me a bag with two of the five food items I ordered and zero ofthe two drinks I ordered and muttered ?have a good day? in the most unenthusiastic tone I?ve ever heard and shut the windowwhile looking in the opposite direction. I had to sit there for a little while before she saw me waiting, then told me to pullup after she asked what I was waiting on (3 hash browns, an avocado toast and two drinks), even though there was no one elsebehind me yet. I pulled forward?and waited?and waited?and waited?and then the lady sticks her head out of the window and tellsme to back up to get the rest of my order???? A whole mess. Read more
I ordered a few things I?ve been ordering for years including two drinks. I pull up to the window and they forgot my mocha... syrup. I could tell because it wasn?t dark enough and I wasn?t mad! I get it. It?s hard to hear with the system. I asked anemployee to just get some syrup in a cup so I could just add it. The manager (who took my order) screams from around the cornersaying I didn?t say mocha multiple times. Finally after a few minutes of her repeating that, she shoves a cup of mocha throughthe window and says ?you didn?t say mocha? and slammed the window in my face. So rude! I know what I said and I wasn?t making abig deal out of it and I wasn?t going to review until I saw how RUDE she was. Terrible that this location has a manager likethat. Read more
These folks are always nice and prompt. They do run out of things but we all know that?s normal in the food industry currently.... They are always so accommodating at offering alternatives and I?ve always gotten fast service here by mobile ordering. Thank youfor great service! Read more
Worst Dunkin? Donuts we have been to. We had to repeat our order multiple times for it to still be read back to us wrong each... time. We ordered hot lattes and those came out iced. We were asked to pull up to wait for our order and never received oursandwiches so we went back in to be told that we got them?ummm wrong again! Read more
We wanted to have donuts for the kids and good coffee. At 16:00 there were only two slow employees in the restaurant, they had... no donuts and the coffee with milk was terrible, water and milk were probably non-fat. Never again! Read more
This has got to be the worst Dunkin? Donuts I?ve ever been to. They talk to people Horribly. This was the second time I?ve went... through the drive through coming to Orlando and I was dreading it. We asked for two bacon egg and cheese bagels with creamcheese and they told us what are you talking about you can?t do that. They argued with us over ordering food they have nastyattitudes. I don?t know how they even have this place still Running. Get some people that actually want to work and treat peoplekindly. Between the drive thru and the management it?s horrible. I will never be back there again. We just drove off because theservice was so horrible. Read more
