I think that dunkin is going downhill, atleast in orlando. Every time I go to dunkin I get coffee that seems really thin... compared to what they used make. I used to love their coffee now it seems like they forgot how to make it as it is alwaysmostly cream with a bit of coffee. I wanted to surprise my SO with two Boston cream donuts I got one noticeably smaller thanthe other one, like a child sized donut? These were for a 6 foot 3 man. I'm really disappointed and considering not going toanymore dunkins. Starbucks never gives me watery coffee. Read more
I don?t give reviews but I live right down the street from this Dunkin?, and my husband takes our only car to work, so when I... want a coffee, I go here. I?ve been over ten times and the experience is HORRRIBLE!!!!! They take 30 mins at least to get youyour coffee, they make the coffee wrong 7/10 times, they?re rude and ignore you, and sloppy. I saw another review that there arecobwebs and dirt over the cup area and they?re not cleaning it. So gross. This dunkin needs some attention from a superior and anew staff ASAP. Workers are great. Corporate is incompetent and greedy. I come in for donuts and there's practically none here. I'm told that... there was a 52 dozen order the night before. That's just greedy. You don't take large orders like that and then kill off allyour regular business. Greed is everywhere I go anymore I'm tired of it. Bad experience ever!! The service so bad!! Like they donwant to work at all!!! Sneezing in front of me and didn't wash his hand... and took my munchkins with the same hand. He didn't know what frozen coffee mocha was and after finished my order just left meand cursed about customer in front of me and sat down and made me wait for 10 minutes until the other girl decided to make myorders. I paid $11.04 for this experience. I threw away my munchkins away!!!! 2 people working there, 1 guy and 1 girl. I lovedunkin but I always having bad experiences everytime I came. I don't think I will go to dunkin again especially this in goodneighborhood at Dr. Phillips area and next to Whole Food. Read more
From where you're waiting for your coffee, you can see thick layers of dust and hair clinging to the rack that dispenses the... cups. I showed one of the employees and her response was basically, whatever, I just do what I'm told here. Ok. Read more

Went in to grab a coffee this morning. The woman at the counter asked me a question to which I answered "what" because I didn't... hear her. In front of a packed line, she said "I don't appreciate your tone, I didn't talk to you like that." I have absolutelyno clue what she was talking about but uh what happened to customer service? When I worked service jobs we knew not to talk tocustomers like that whether the customer was rude or not! And I certainly wasn't.
