Went here once & the service was slow considering no one is in the shop, you order and they just forget about you.. again no... body else in the shop so you have to probe them into making your drinks and food! Very weird. I don?t normally review, but thisplace was so poor and not what was expected. This actually happened twice as we thought we caught them on a bad day, I onlyassume now it?s the norm. Worst Dunkin I've been too. Was super crowded and staff was stressed and very rude. Also, they had to make my coffee twice... because it wasn't what I ordered. Will never stop at this location again. Waited about 1 1/2 hours for food and drinks for meand the family. Read more
Can?t agree more with all these one star reviews. Really bad experience at this location. The reason for me leaving this review... is that they wanted to charge me $2 extra for milk in my coffee. Yes regular milk - nothing fancy. I left the drive through as Icouldn?t believe what I just heard. Absolutely ridiculous and what a rip off. Email sent to corporate. Read more
Because of location, service is slow. I was behind maybe 5 cars and waited 25 minutes in the drivethru. Once I placed my... order, it was another 10 minutes before I got it . My coffee was not how I asked for it, but that was fixable when I got to mydestination. So Brianna the so called manager that answered the phone today gave me a nasty attitude.... I ordered through door dash. They... had my driver waiting over 1 hr for my order. It arrived cold and also completely incorrect and missing items. In no way didI order this nasty rasin bagel and funny thing is how she gave me attitude using her Manager position to her defense but made mewait over 1 hr for cold and incorrect order. The staff is on another level. Very unorganized, ?slow? and very rude. They mocked me when I was trying to order. Another... downside is there isn?t a drive thru so you must interact with the staff. Read more
Went to the store an hour and a half before closing but all their donuts were already put away. I asked for an assorted box and... the staff didn?t even wait to hear what I wanted in the box. I started asking what she had and gave me an attitude, she ended upgiving me donuts I didn?t order. The place was also a huge mess. Their customer service skills and cleanliness is lacking. Read more
Big portions, great prices. I was really pleased with my first visit at Dunkin's. Drive through lady was polite and friendly.
