Went through drive through and took 20+ minutes to get a coffee. Ordered a flavored latte with almond milk. I received just... whole milk and flavoring ( a LOT of flavoring)! No coffee, espresso, nothing just pure sugar milk. Threw it away! Read more
I had a wonderful experience with Shantay and Neisha, they helped me coordinate a catered breakfast for my 2 day company event.... The donuts and muffins were fresh and the coffee was a hit. They called me ahead of time to let me know things were on time andready for pick up. These ladies were organized and on top of it. We would use their catering services again! Read more
I went in and was the second person in line. Waited 15 minutes before they would ask what I wanted . All I wanted was a coffee... and toasted bagel with cream cheese. When I received the bagel it was all black inside burnt with cream cheese placed on it. Not an apology or anything . Lady mentioned to ask for lightly toasted next time. So sad?. Read more
I don't normally leave bad reviews but I feel this needed one. Bagle was burnt, bacon was hard, tatter tots were squishy and... oily, eggs were rubbery.... just not good... The drive thru is VERY tight and had obviously been hit before. This isn't theworkers fault but use caution in larger vehicles. Read more

This location rarely has app orders ready on time, even if you show up 20 minutes after placing an order. I have had food still... frozen in the middle, and food burned. I have even shown up to find the store locked in the middle of the afternoon with a sinon the door. Read more
