Not too long of a wait. Nice selection of specialty coffee drinks. I am a pureist so the black Breakfast Blend was perfect.
The self-order payment machine didn?t work and we had to enter our order (12 items) twice and still wait in line. No one came... and said ?hey this isn?t working please make your order in person?. The bagels were burned. The donuts were stale (even forDunkin? Donuts) and the coffee and chocolate milk tasted awful. Worst DD experience we have had! Read more

Bad customer service. Ordered oat milk latte from the self service kiosk and the computer changed it to milk. I am guessing this... happened cause they don?t actually have oat milk. Told the girl that I didn?t order milk and had selected oat milk she just kepttelling that they didn?t have oat milk. She said they had almond milk so i asked to remake the drink with almond instead andthen I heard her tell they guy next to her I changed it. I corrected her and told her I didn?t. She never went and looked at thekiosk, I took a picture to show her you can order oat milk. she told me I didn?t pay for it. Just plain bad customer service anddistrust. Excellent spot for a Dunkin Donuts / Baskin Robbins! Our coffees were hot and fresh. This little shop was slammed; but, the... staff was on point and kept things moving. Super friendly staff that knows what team work is. They also have a limited selectionof ice cream. Read more
