Tend to be a little slow would encourage you to check you food before leaving especially coffee over good place

Long standing Dunkin that's attached to a Taco Bell. Drive thru line can be confusing when it gets busy around rush hour. Slow... lines/wait times. Never had a bad experience other than snail drive through. Having a taco bell is a plus, depending on who isin the vehicle when you stop. Read more

I come to this location all the time before work which is mostly anytime after 3:30. I always bet great service especially from... Maurice. However the few times I?ve gone in the morning has always been problems. The morning manager was Andres today 9/5/22was very rude. He needs to learn how to talk to customers. I ordered the pumpkin spiced latte and once I got to the window Iasked if it was possible to upgrade the signature and I?ll pay the extra money because I wanted the whipped cream. Elena wasvery kind and helped me out without a problem. Then Andres comes to the window just to say ?next time if you want the signaturelatte make sure you actually order it at the speaker?. Very rude very condescending and very unnecessary to even mention.Especially since I was the only car in the drive through so it?s not like they are busy. Read more

A good location with a weird drive thru setup. The dining area is pretty big, but most people hit the drive thru. Like most fast... food places, best to check the order before you leave. They usually get it right, but not always. Read more

Very disappointed. I always come to this location & everyone is usually very nice. Today, I placed an order. The woman told me... to slow down very rudely. I then processed to slow down my order she then yelled & proceeded to repeat my order very slowly. Iget to the window and with the window open she?s talking under her breath about me & how she has 100 things she?s working on atonce. She finally gets to my window to collect payment. I asked for her managers name, she asked why. I relied bc your veryrude. She refused to give me the name. I gave my payment she was snatching off my hands & then blamed me for snatching. Itold her i would call her manager & she told me to go ahead almost yelling not sure how the manager on site did not hearanything that was going on at the window as the employee was angry & actually almost yelling. I stopped for coffee and bagels. I decided to walk in to the store as the drive thru line was long, after waiting for a couple... of minutes and no one even bother to say "We would be with you shortly" I went over to counter where they give you order andsaid "excuse me" just to call the attention of some one, and the lady that was handling the orders for the drive thru (9:05am6/14/22) shouted "WELL IF YOU WAIT JUST A MINUTE, IF YOU CAN SEE WE ARE SHORT STAFFED:......WOW, poster example of HORRIBLECUSTOMER SERVICE....NEVER EVER WILL VISIT this store again... Justin made my coffee correctly. The ne manager forgot her name.is so kind and tries to make this right. In order for people to... work here u need to pay more. Be competitive.
