All the food and coffee was standard and good, but the staff was so nice. They were being yelled at by tourists and over worked... by their job, but they kept a good face about them and in the end just wanted a thanks. Great job guys. Read more
It's a dunkin so u know what to expect if you have ever been before. This one however was very difficult to say the least. After... I ordered I was told to wait on the side and then I got 1 of my 3 drinks no donuts. I had to ask the very rude lady for myother drinks and she said I didn't have any other drinks and that the man working the register didn't change me for 3 just one.When I looked and showed her my receipt she than said it was coming and I would have to wait. I then had to ask about my donutsand she replied I don't do the donuts. After I got my drinks and donuts I was out of there. I'm never going back to thislocation. Read more

I like vanilla and strawberry frosted donuts. I ended up walking out without a donut because whoever made them couldn't be... bothered to apply the correct amount of frosting, just an uneven, thin line around the top, not even covering the top surface ofthe donut. How about have some pride in your job? This review is maybe a little unfair to this particular location, because Isee it more and more at various locations in the past couple of years. It used to be that the frosted donuts had a good amountof frosting covering the whole top of the donut. Maybe time for a little quality control? Read more
Three stars for this location. Pros are that I ordered on the app and my order was ready for me when I arrived. Along with that,... the manager seemed pretty cool. Cons are that they forgot my munchkins that I ordered, or maybe I didn?t see them. It?s earlyand I?m in a different time zone so my brain fog is thick. So that kinda sucks but I?m totally willing to forgive. Second con isthat my nitro cold brew is missing 1/4 of the drink and there?s ice in it. Dunkin' consistently has good coffee, selection of donuts and baked goods is better earlier in the day. There are a variety of... made to order sandwiches that include egg, cheese, bacon, ham, and healthy choices like turkey sausage. Really bad customer service the people here don?t wanna do there job, there was a lady who said ?who orders breakfast at 12??... And everyone here acted like they didn?t want to work. I ordered an online order for pickup and which they forgot the donuts soI had to go back and get my donuts, they put the wrong sandwich which I had to come back and get it again and then they took 15minutes to make the correct sandwich. The only person who tried to do their job was this young Hispanic girl who was trying herbest in the front who was doing her job well and provided good customer service, she kept reminding the people to make mysandwich while I was patiently waiting, she needs a raise. I?m so sick of this system where people who do their work bad getrewarded for it when the people who do it good just need to wait for it to be there turn. On top of the the donuts that I wentback for barely have any frosting on it. I?d steer clear of this place, the Starbucks next door had significantly bettercustomer service, and to the young Hispanic lady who works there and is doing a good job I recommend you find a better job. Extremely rude ? every single person working there. I use the app because I?m a serial entrepreneur (busy busy busy) I go inside... to just walk in and pick up my order. I go to pick up most of my items that I ordered through the app & come to find out someitems aren?t available there ? which is fine. Do we get refunded for these items that aren?t available? I asked, ?they don?tknow? & they work there ??cool. Ended up calling corporate and got bonus credit because of the situation and workers werereported. now I?m missing donuts they decided to ask me what donuts did I order like can you pull them up on the computer and doyour JOB?!
