I mobile order here on certain days of the week/weekends and there?s these older ladies who are very unpleasant nomatter how... nice and patient I try to be. Their selection is always limited, even though it's early afternoon. Take a napkin because they never give you any. The... freshness of their donuts is also gone. It's like they are now frozen and the thawed out. I only go to grab a ???? when I am onthe road with a sweet tooth. Read more
Worst Dunkin? Donuts in town. Service is always extremely slow and always conveniently out of everything. Occasionally you?ll... get good customer service buts it?s rare. Also can never get a pup cup for my dog cause they?re ?out? of whipped cream or theycharge for it now?not going to pay for a tiny cup with little bit of whipped cream in it. I dont know who this rude cashier thought she was speaking to customers but she was beyond the point of disrespectful. If I knew... her name I would report her to her bossess boss for the way she spoke to me. She had an annoyed tone in her voice, was sassy, &jumped on the mic in the middle of the order, and then said ?yeah you asked 3 times? when we asked to confirm the ordercontaining ONE DRINK because she kept yelling at someone else through the mic. Best part is we pull up to the window and thiswoman has the audacity to say ?how ya doin baby? I said ?I was good before you gave me all that attitude? and she ignored me. Iwork in customer service, I?m not stupid. This woman was having a bad day and decided to take it out on me. I will not bereturning to this dunkin EVER again. The worst drive-thru experience i?ve ever had. I online ordered in advance, pull up and let the older woman on intercom know... that im picking up my order. She said she doesn?t have it with attitude, I tell her im staring at my online receipt with thisstore address. Ask her if I can show it to her, she says it wouldn?t matter since she doesn?t have it on her end. She askswhat?s on the order? Start with telling her the 2 sandwiches and she says, ?see we don?t even have those so it?s probably goodit didn?t come through?? with the most attitude i?ve ever heard?like, why can?t someone come to pick up an order without beingmet with an awful attitude. I was so upset I just left the drive thru & decided to dispute the charge with corporate, went tostarbucks instead and just reinforced my loyalty to starbucks because of experiences like this. Just sat in the drive through for over 15 minutes watching the cashier laugh and talk to the car in front of us with a line full... of cars. I stop here because it?s on my route to work. However the service is horrible and the workers not all but two inparticular always seem to think you have time to wait on them and there shenanigans. The drive is supposed to be for quickconvenient service. This store is the only one in town that?s just trash. Do better! Read more
Ordered through Doordash and the result was terrible. Donuts weren't frosted completely, we didn't get some of the donuts we... ordered and inside the jelly ones was disgusting and gone bad ????. My husband ordered a large iced coffee with French vanillaflavoring and there was none like at all. Someone clearly hates their job. Read more
