I mobile order here on certain days of the week/weekends and there?s these older ladies who are very unpleasant nomatter how... nice and patient I try to be. Worst Dunkin? Donuts in town. Service is always extremely slow and always conveniently out of everything. Occasionally you?ll... get good customer service buts it?s rare. I dont know who this rude cashier thought she was speaking to customers but she was beyond the point of disrespectful. If I knew... her name I would report her to her bossess boss for the way she spoke to me. She had an annoyed tone in her voice, was sassy, &jumped on the mic in the middle of the order, and then said ?yeah you asked 3 times? when we asked to confirm the ordercontaining ONE DRINK because she kept yelling at someone else through the mic. Best part is we pull up to the window and thiswoman has the audacity to say ?how ya doin baby? I said ?I was good before you gave me all that attitude? and she ignored me. Iwork in customer service, I?m not stupid. This woman was having a bad day and decided to take it out on me. I will not bereturning to this dunkin EVER again.
