The worst Dunkin? donut I?ve been to in my entire life the Dunkin? Donuts in Baltimore Maryland are better than this one,The... district manager for that location should has to be brain dead or have poor management skills in order to still have thememployees still working in there,I do a lot of uber eats in that area and everytime I have to pick up a order for this place Iget depressed.Today at 11:00 am this morning I went in there and it was very busy due to all Starbucks being closed today andthe staff in there are cursing talking back rude to customers including myself loud inappropriate music playing and no donutsmade I asked how long for donuts and one of the employees there said to me that they wasn?t going to any available for the restof the day so if I wanted a donut to go somewhere else,I was so embarrassed because there must?ve been like 10 other customersin there.I?m working to earn a honest living and I get so disrespected like that in front of other customers it?s not cool orfair,I will call corporate I promise. The staff at the this store is absolutely amazing and goes above what is required of them. I was just there this morning and had... an altercation with another customer in the drive-thru that I accidentally cut off because I did not see them as they werePARKED in a parking spot adjacent to the store. The other customer was screaming profanities and using vulgar language towardsme. But what he didn't know is that I have some PTSD from a previous, awful relationship. I started to have a panic attack inthe drive through and instead of ignoring me or feeding into the nonsense from the driver behind me (I tried calming him downbefore my panic attack and remind him that it's just Dunkin' Donuts) the staff tried helping me calm down and told me to takedeep breaths. They suggested I come inside because the driver behind me was still screaming at me as I was at the drive-thruwindow. I commend all of the staff members that were there while this encounter was happening as they were the absolute sweetestpeople and did everything in their power to assist me. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Read more
After ordering through the app and waiting in the drive thru line for 15 minutes I was told they didn?t have the bagel or... croissant for my order and could only do English muffins. Then they gave me the wrong order and I had to wait another 10 minutesfor them to fix it (spoiler alert it was still wrong). Would not recommend this location to anyone. Read more
This is my new favorite location! The crew was friendly and fast. I can't remember the last time my order was correct at any... Dunkin's without much back and forth along the way. The frozen Matcha Latte is delicious! I can't believe that I'm raving overgetting some coffee, but I really was pleasantly surprised. I hope that they'll keep up the energy I experienced today! Horrible don't come here!!!! I had the worst experience !!! Management needs to check this place before they disrespect the... WRONG PERSON and something terrible happens !!!!!!! I was cursed at and all they were doing was playing around instead ofmaking orders. The man in line before me went inside and was very upset aswell.
