Tried to get a Ice matcha latte with no ice again and I was told I would be charged extra to fill up the cup cause? the ice is... part of the order that I removed. This is the only Dunkin Donut that I know of that does this. Read more

I would rate it 0 stars. I should blame the company for having 1 person work there EVERYTIME I go through the drive thru. There... was no line and the person still had me waiting and I ordered the peppermint mocha, it was gross. Just basic coffee, tasted likenothing else was added when it was supposed to. Read more

Really bad customer service. We ordered coffee and a bagel. They forgot to give the bagel with my order.I ask them for my bagel... they gave me a cold, hard bagel. I asked Tameika to please warm up my bagel . She got an attitude and told me she couldn?t, Iwill have to go and drive up again. I ate a cold hard bagel when I paid for my bagel. The manager and her employees here are rude and they are not welcoming at all. The manager is very unprofessional. They... basically take drive through orders and basically ignore the dine in orders. I ordered 3 drinks here and left without them . All three were made wrong . I wanted a refund since we were in line over 30... minutes and all the drinks were made wrong. Ava and Ruben were the workers on site at this time and said their manager was nothere to give us a refund and would not be able to until she's there tomorrow. I do not live here and I am not able to come backin the morning as I am far away . I've never had drinks made so wrong , yet alone at a dunkin donuts and especially not to beable to give a refund. I left without my drinks and I was charged. Also the co workers could not call there manager but yet wastalking to someone on her phone at the window which she said hold on to. Nice employees and patient but my husband's ice Carmel latte was bitter no flavor whatsoever. I had their frozen pecan flavor... coffee and it was much better.We used out Tmobile Tuesday rewards and got them for $2. I recommend the frozen coffee flavors. Read more

THIS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE! When ordering a large matcha tea latte with NO ice, the manager on 7-17-22 during the morning shift... decided that she would only fill the large cup half way. Her exact words ?if you order with no ice you only get half a cup? weasked for our money back. - its was honestly disappointing for someone to be so? for the lack of a better word, stingy. Read more

I?m pretty sure my drive-through experience was at least 15 minutes today. I felt so sorry for those in a hurry! This location... is almost always very slow. There used to be a few friendly people working, but now the newer hires apparently feel they do notget paid enough to be friendly or smile, no matter how cheerful the customer is. Donuts were good, but there are many otherbetter locations in town from which to choose. Read more
