DUNKIN CORPORATE PLEASE READ It?s so sad to see your employees at not just this location but ALL locations juggling every... position at once. I can see it?s very wearing. I personally have worked in food for 4+ years now and I can?t imagine serving awhole dang city basically by myself!! WHO would want working conditions like this?! I don?t know if management needs to improve,if you need to hire more employees (at literally all of your locations) or WHAT. Whatever it is, people need to have somePATIENCE. America can?t run on Dunkin if the brand is being represented by one or two really exhausted, overworked, and probablyunderpaid humans who are being treated poorly by customers. This place is really good for my wallet but the quality isdecreasing and probably your sales too. It makes me want to go spend MORE at starbucks just so that I don?t waste mytime!! This morning the store was out of regular milk for the macchiato and the store associate asked what other milk would I like. I... told her the almond milk. Then she said the almond milk was out, so I told her the coconut milk. At the speaker in drive thru Iasked, " I won't be charged for the coconut milk since you're out of what normally comes with it right?" The woman said I wouldnot be charged. When I drove around to the window, I noticed the price was higher then what I normally pay. I asked, "You didn'tcharge me for the coconut milk right?" She called another woman over to her and she hollered to the window that it wasn't theirfault they were out and I would be charged the extra fee. I decided to take my business up the street to Chic-Fil-A today. I goto this store often and last week they were out of hot foods. I saw several people drive off in the line before me when theannouncement was made at the window. The unprofessionalism of the female yelling over the woman taking the order was a completeturn off and needs a refresher course on etiquette and customer service. I've noticed different staff over the past 3 years thatI have been coming to this restaurant and the customer service has gone down tremendously. Read more
Don?t come here if you?re in a rush. They?re understaffed and undertrained. One guy was literally running and the other girl... just didn?t know what she was doing. No one in the back to cook the food. Waited over 30 minutes for food. Late to the airport. Read more
This store never had even half of the donuts listed on their menu. Especially Boston Kreme is unavailable all the time.... Moreover, without any sign indicating only drive-through is open, they lock the door and serve only drive through. Read more
They sure know how to make a good coffee. The food is always decent, coffee fresh and the people are nice.
When I come to a new dunkin, I like to see how clean the facility is. I wanted to buy a coffee & a donut or two & saw flies... buzzing around tasting the donuts on display. Eww! I decided to leave. I feel sorry for the customers who bought those who wentthrough the drive thru. Read more
