Every time I order at this dunkin I have a problem with my order. They are rude for absolutely no reason. I ordered and paid for... a chia tea made with almond milk in a large. Not only did they get the size wrong, but they also made it with dairy milk insteadof almond milk. Luckily I did not have any life threatening problems but they need to be carful especially if some one has alife threatening allergy to certain products! Read more
Love Dunkin Donuts but this has to be the worst location. Everyone is friendly besides the new heavy set Caucasian manager with... glasses. I?ve attended Valencia for almost 2 years and every time I?ve gone while she?s working it?s a mess, even before she wasthe manager. She has a terrible attitude with every guest. Every time she has made my drink it tasted horrible due to portioningof ingredients. She doesn?t help her associates when it gets busy. She?d rather talk gossip with students whom aren?t purchasinganything. This location will not see me any longer and I will be sure to let my classmates and peers know of their terribleservice. Place is always packed between classes but the staff is very quick, kind and respectful. I come here every morning.
Monday is very busy and I understand, but you should be happy to have a job and do it well, does not matter the day of the week.... The store opened at 7:45 instead of 7:30 and both cashiers behind the counter seem to be upset at the customers because we havebeen waiting for them to open. So while the long line waited, the two cashiers decided to serve only online orders. I finallyreceived help after saying something and then the cashiers refused to give me a receipt and the one preparing my food refuse toanswer my question about the wait time on the ice coffee. Literally let 20 customers online waiting when I exited the door andthat?s without counting the online orders that they are also working.... Dunkin? Donuts on Valencia West Campus need to providecustomer service training to its employees and open the store on time! Read more
I had a pretty simple order that they managed to mess up. Not sure why getting things right is an issue, it seems as though they... consistently get things wrong as my friend has also had many errors in her order. Fortunately they fix their mistakes and I willadmit that the Frozen Hot Chocolate is pretty good. 3/5 to me, but I would not recommend it to anyone. Read more
I get coffee here every Monday and Wednesday. They are always friendly and fast. Sometimes as I walk in the door they have... seen me and hand me my coffee before I get to the register! Polite young man who works the mid-day shift. They are sometimesunderstaffed like everywhere else but it is nice to have them on campus. The recently closed Starbucks was no where near asreliable.
