I went asked for a large iced coffe light and sweet with caramel swirl sub with almond milk the lady tells me it is extra charge... for the extra almond milk i tell her thats ok but when i get my coffee it was not light of sweet amd i still got chaged an extra2.25 for the extra almond milk i never saw on the coffee hope they can fix the issue and give better service if they are goingto be charging extra I came again to this location and ordered cream cheese bagels and this is the little amount they put on itreally? A decent Dunkin? Donuts. The customer service is usually great. Although not all the donuts are prepared very well. But if you... want to grab something to drink as a cheap alternative to Starbucks this is a great place to visit in order to get a greattasting latte or even a cappuccino but I would not expect the same quality as other coffee shops. The attention always makes the difference and Gary was awesome. This young guy really loves his job he moves fast and takes care... of everything like a professional... I live nearby and we were thinking about not coming back to this Dunkin, they were rotatingthe personal like every week but it seems that finally they found the perfect person for the job. Customer service was decent. And because of that, I didn?t check my box as I normally do. The donuts were the oldest and stalest... donuts I?ve ever had in my life. Ordered a half dozen and all went in the trash. I even tried calling the store to let them knowthey should not selling anymore of the batch, but no answer. Money down the drain! Read more
Really disappointing service. We drive through with a large order, (which means a lot of $$$) and they hustled us through... there, handed a few items out the window and asked us to pull forward. They brought us our donuts and walked away, but we werestill missing 2 coffee drinks. We told her which ones, the manager brought one out, and then asked to check the receipt, thegirl never rang up the last drink. We asked her to take our card and go ring it up, she refused, told us we had to go in or getback in the drive thru line. At the time I'm residing in the Woodspring Suites just across from this Dunkin, and I've gotten into the habit of placing a... mobile order then walking over to pick it up. Whenever I place an order, even if it's just 30 minutes before they close, they'realways very nice. Twice now they have been out of a donut I ordered (to no fault of their own) but they gave me a replacementand even a free spare donut. After a long day, their kindness is very appreciated. Read more
Initially put off by the locked doors for no apparent reason. There was no sign on the door saying it was drive through only,... but the doors are all still locked at 11am. We ended up doing 6he drive through which took and extra 30 min (good thing we werenot in a rush!) I recommend putting up a sign or something about the lobby being closed. The food was good and the workerswere polite so overall can't complain too much. Read more
Finally writing a review because I?m so fed up at this point. This is my ?local? Dunkin? and I frequent it weekly but CANNOT... take it any longer. Every single time my husband and I go, our order is wrong in some way or another. The employees areunpleasant/unprofessional, can?t make a half way decent coffee to save their lives and the food is always either cold or burnt.I know it?s hard to find help these days but it?s so sad that not a single person can take pride in their work anymore. Let?s behonest, it?s coffee and donuts. It?s not rocket science. Management needs to re-evaluate but then again I?m sure theirmanagement is the root of the problem as well. Read more
