Worst place ever. Dont bother coming to this location if you don't want your money to be stolen. They lemonade taste like... straight coffee and after two lemonades was exchange for the same coffee taste, we ask for a refund. The dimwitted individual atthe window decided to refuse service and wouldn't give a refund for a product we pay for. Called the police and unfortunatelythey don't deal with this matter and told us to call corporate. Read more
I've never bothered to write a review before because I'll eat and drink pretty much anything and still be satisfied, but (my... best guess is) they were out of oat milk and decided to fill my latte with water instead of telling me. Now I'm not one ofthose people that orders a million flavors and changes, it was just oat milk and sugar, but it's possible they just made amistake - I'm a walking mistake so I understand. I drink coffee without milk/creamer occasionally so I honestly would've beenfine but unfortunately it tasted like garbage water. I'm more impressed than anything considering coffee needs to be pretty oldor just left out in the open to taste that incredibly stale. Thought maybe I was imagining things so I got the same drink froma close location on John Young Pkwy and they made it perfect. Shoutout to them. They did get my food right though. Read more
This new Dunking Donut spot was disappointing. Service was super slow for a new opening and the drive thru is super tight. An... SUV cannot easily drive thru there and a bigger car will definitely not make it. You can see dents that cars have already madetrying to get through. Do not go there if you have a big car or SVU. The location is not ideal either, it's on a corner of OakRidge and S. orange Blossom Trail but exit is not accessible on both ends. They need more staff training too while they're atit. Read more
