I go there 2 or 3 times a week , bc is close to my house and my fav croissant with egg and cheese and hash brown for my kids.I... spend between $50 every time I go there. I must say almost every time either they burned the bread or something but today theycross the line giving me old left over hash browns for my kids. Not acceptable Read more

Burnt bagel not a good experience. Gave it a 3 star but the staff service was very friendly .

Everyone has always been so nice at this location and I like that they move fast to get the drive thru line down.

Horrible customer service. I walked in for a refund on Black Friday only because Thursday hours say they are open on the Dunkin... app. I go there closed. No one in store was trained to refund anything. They called manager and manager said for me to come backanother day in the week. So now waste me time to come back to get my money back. As all this is happening another guest waited34 mins for a sandwich as employees kept serving drive thru window and completely deleted and forgot her order. This place isfairly new and no one cares about what they do. If you don?t like your job and you are unhappy? Just quit! There?s someone elsethat will be happy to provide customer service. Read more

I?ve been to this location every other 2 days for the last 7 months. I?ve had great service and the crew are always very... friendly. As of the last couple of months though, new crew members have started working and service has started lacking. Acouple of months ago I went as usual, but decided for milk instead of coffee. The milk had expired 2 weeks prior. Today I askfor 2 orders of ham and cheese roll ups, was charged for 2 and only got one. Luckily, I checked my bag before leaving. So I askfor the missing order and get them cut up, a bit burnt and not prepared properly. As if it was my fault that they didn?t look attheir screen correctly. Read more
