Pulled in drive thru 6/28/22 and their POS system was down ?we can only take cash.? This was not a problem as I had cash in hand... for a tasty sweet black pepper bacon sandwich. Although after I made my request it was denied with ?our sandwich machine is downtoo.? Man if only there was a way to make a sandwich without a machine. Hopefully management reads this and invests in theirtechnology strategy or hires talent that can heat an egg in a microwave and slap it between to pieces of bread. Read more
DRIVE THROUGH ONLY! Parked and walked across the street to try and sit down for coffee, but the doors were locked at... 10:30am. The drive through was going so I attempted to wave at an employee to see if maybe they forgot to open the door. Had tocall them to find out that the lobby was closed until further notice. Sadly the only local dunkin in the area and they are the worst dunkin I have ever been to , they never get your order correct ,... or they are always out of something you want, either cold brew is out , French vanilla is out or anything else is out and it'salways in the morning they are out it's crazy . Not one single time have we been there and not had an issue , please get ittogether. Read more
Service and rudeness was horrible! Never been treated with such disrespect! Thank god I never have to go there again! When I... asked why so little Choice she said ?who knows? and still got my simple order wrong! the look on her face almost made me driveoff but they were for my grandson! My favorite dunkin with quick service and super friendly staff. I only come here for my coffee in the morning, the only thing... is the drive thru. Since it?s on the side of the building, the back lot fills Up quickly which sometimes blocks the roads andthen you can?t park behind the building. But with the new management they are so much better. The server was very friendly and quick. The decaf iced coffee I got was very watery. I think they use hot coffee added to a cup... of ice. Won't go there again. Read more
