Today I ordered a cup of ice and got water, I told them that I ordered a cup of ice and they gave me the cup of ice, (I didn?t... think much of it, because I thought they were busy, but in all actuality they didn?t have a lot of customers). I also ordered acroissant bacon egg and cheese which it said on the order but when I opened it, it was a bagel bacon egg and cheese, now I don?tknow what the staff there was doing but, it sounded like they were playing around. Specifically went to this one nearby because of the 4.0 rating wow how that can be must be based on high ratings from a year ago... because my sweet black pepper everything bagel was microwaved, bagels are just supposed to be toasted and then you make thesandwich obviously they had cold food they wanted to make it to make it look fresh cuz it's piping hot but the microwave killsthe bagel too hot and then as it cools it gets hard as a rock I will never come to this location again. I know it's hard tofind good Dunkin's they are out there but not as many as we would all like I'm sure.. that's where they fall short they're notall operated the same with the same quality I'm sure we've all had the issues with our coffee coming out way too light or nottasting at all what we normally get anyways on to the next one I only have a couple that are on my favorite list but I'm notalways in those locations. On a side note for a few extra bucks and you don't want Starbucks and you're in the Orlando arealook up foxtail coffee I've been really impressed with what they're doing there!!! Read more

Don't be fooled by the 4.1 rating... this place is understaffed, has less product than the majority of other Dunkin' donuts and... the employees have a look on their face like they do not want to be there. Waited in line for 20 minutes behind 2 people... Nosense of urgency from the 2 or 3 employees that were working there at the time. Read more
Went to pick up 2 dozen fresh great tasting donuts for our volunteers doing some GI at our Legion! Great results for our workers... and great results with the donuts!!! Read more
