The guy on the headset is HORRIBLE. Never greets with pleasantries. Very rough. Sounds like he hates his job. When you drive up... via drive through..he says "what do you want"? He needs training. This place up charges lattes. Lattes are supposed to be coffee with lots of cream and espresso in it, this place says lattes... apparently don?t have espresso in it so they ask how many shots of espresso you want in it, which you have to pay individuallyfor. If you look on all of the websites of Dunkin, a small latte comes with one shot of espresso a medium latte comes with twoshots of espresso and a large latte comes with three shots of espresso. Picking up online order. "We are out of Sesame bagels." Okay, give me an Everything bagel then. "Also, we are out of sausage... patties, we only have turkey sausage." Sigh. Fine. And my Coke? I ordered 2 medium Hot Lattes and they gave me 2 cold drinks with a very bad smell. I inform the employee of the situation and... she hands me the cups again with the same bad smell but a little hotter. It seems like during the afternoon this place never has main stream food items available, they don?t put any signs out on the... menu so you don?t know they are out of stock items till you order, and there?s no exit for the drive-through so if they didn?thave what you want you?ll have to sit in line for about 10 minutes to exit and go to another place. One star because you have to give a rating. I decided to go to this location because Wawa was experiencing a water issue. I... ordered two avocado toast slices with bacon and a power breakfast sandwich which has turkey sausage. Girl at the register haszero engagement and customer service skills. Fine, its early morning. The order on the power sandwich had bacon on it...wrong.The avocado slices with bacon almost had none on it like they were counting pieces. Didn't offer a bag or napkins (dispenserwas empty) for my items, I had to ask. Like it was a "let me just get done with the order" approach. So we got a bill passed to raise minimum wage to $15 an hour but you can't follow simple instructions? I asked for a toasted... bagel THIS IS RIGHT OUT OF THE BAG SOFT, and I asked for extra cream cheese, THERE IS HARDLY ANY ON HERE AT ALL AND LOOK HOWTHEY "SPREAD" IT OUT.
