The morning drive-through is horribly SLOW every time I've been there, and they aren't open for customers to come inside. They... get my order wrong even after repeating it back to me, and their munchkins are ALWAYS stale!!! This has been the same nonsensefor at least 3 years. They never get the food right, the employees are extremely dissatisfied with their jobs and it takes 30 minutes to get anything.... Ownership needs to take better care of the employees so morale improves, otherwise this store continues to be one of the worstdunkins around. Read more
Three days in a row you all are closed. Then, no working number. The inside has been closed for months due to ?short staffed?. I... get it as I work in the industry but some improvement needs to happen. If the lobby is going to be close due to short staff,then the drive-through needs to work efficiently and flawlessly. There should be no reason that someone is in that drive-throughline for 15 and 20 minutes. I hope this location improves. Read more
Only giving 3 stars because the service was great but I ordered these Boston Cream donuts and they are dry and stale the cream... filling was very pathetic I used to eat these and the filling would be flowing out. And the donut themselves would have someweight to them. 100% last time good knowing ya. Read more
This is definitely the worst Dunkin Donuts in Meadow Woods. I always come here and they take Atleast 15 minutes just to get my... order and give me my food being the only car in the drive through. And on top of that I open my avocado toast to find thisdisgusting knife the staff left on my food. The handle is dirty and it?s extremely unsanitary. After this experience I?m nevercoming here again. Ok I LOVE Dunkin?! But this location has to stop giving me the wrong drink. It has been 2 occasions where I go and order the... Charli cold foam. I ignored it the first time, but they gave me the wrong drink again. They always run out of cold brew, so theydo iced espresso with milk instead. They even used whipped cream instead of the cold foam and no cinnamon sugar. I would happilygo to a different location or get a different thing if they tell me they don?t have cold brew, but they decide to make up thisrandom drink. Employee tried to tell me I had to use a credit card, that the $20 bill I gave her she checked with a marker and was fake. I... asked her to show me that it was fake and when she marked it clearly was not. She still refused it. But after reading reviews Isee this location is extremely inconsistent with service. Read more
