The morning drive-through is horribly SLOW every time I've been there, and they aren't open for customers to come inside. They... get my order wrong even after repeating it back to me, and their munchkins are ALWAYS stale!!! This has been the same nonsensefor at least 3 years. Management needs to do better or sell this location to someone who cares about quality and service. Read more
They never get the food right, the employees are extremely dissatisfied with their jobs and it takes 30 minutes to get anything.... Ownership needs to take better care of the employees so morale improves, otherwise this store continues to be one of the worstdunkins around. Read more
Three days in a row you all are closed. Then, no working number. The inside has been closed for months due to ?short staffed?. I... get it as I work in the industry but some improvement needs to happen. If the lobby is going to be close due to short staff,then the drive-through needs to work efficiently and flawlessly.
