I go to Dunkin 4 or 5 days a week. Tried this location on 2 different occasions and both times the service was bad. Missed items... in the drive-thru, went inside and had to wait another 10 minutes. Second trip there was one person at the register with no helpwhile the drive thru staff just stood around. Read more

Doesn?t suppose to be a fast food serving? I was on line today for 20 min, they were short of personal, a huge line of cars,... and the girl that served the people from drive through was very nasty. She kept me waiting by the window other 10 min, withoutapologizing , instead being very rude and loud. They were misplacing orders and kept people on line. Worst customer service every time and usually from the same employee. Just nasty from the moment you speak to her and basically... launches your order at you when you get to the window. Hey Dunkin, is it that bad out there? Is it that hard to find employees because for the last 3 weeks this store has had the... lobby closed and has been drive thru only. Absolutely ridiculous because it takes away the order in advance option thru the appand I can't afford to wait 20 mins in line when I'm late for work. bro. listen. they only have 2 employees working so they struggle to keep up with drive thru customers and in store customers.... it?s not their fault but oh man the attitudes are disgusting. and the order comes out so wrong and dirty. not to mention theydon?t restock their donuts. Read more
