Today I ordered from my app at 8:43am and I specified to have the order picked up walk-in because the drive-thru is usually... terribly busy. I ordered an iced coffee, 2 sandwiches, 1 juice bottle and a couple of hash browns. When I walked into theestablishment, I stood for my order in the corner for around 3 minutes before someone finally acknowledged that I was there, totell me that unfortunately they had ran out of English Muffins and Croissants and asked me if I wanted a bagel instead for thesandwiches. I agreed to the bagels and kept to a corner to wait for my order to be dispatched. At 9:06am (23minutes) later, Iasked for a manager. Josiah, who claimed to be the Manager, approached me and apologized for the delay. I pointed out thatorders that had come after mines had been already dispatched, but Josiah flat out lied to me and told me that no order had beendispatched after mines, when clearly, I was the only one waiting for his order and there where 7 other tickets around mines atthe moment I arrived at the restaurant. At this moment, Josiah put on some gloves and started making my order. Almost 26 minutesafter placing the order the Manager was now making my order. Finally, I saw a cockroach crossing on the floor from the foodprepping station to the coffee station and I had enough. I walked out because I was running late to take my daughter to school,and I wanted to save some time in the morning hence my order today. This is not the first time that I have had situations withthis location, but today's really topped any other situation and I want to make people aware of this. I left without any foodand wasted almost 30 minutes of my time in the morning with nothing to show for it. Read more
They never have anything , asked for jelly donuts they are out of it and don?t sell the jelly munchkins either. I Asked for a... mixed 50 count of munchkins they don?t advise me ahead that they only have two flavors. When I get my box I come to thesurprise at home to find only glazed and chocolate. I have came to this Dunkin for quite some time and anytime the lady Mara is at the window she has a nasty attitude. Today she... had my order wrong, I explained to the other girl at the window this is incorrect nicely and she said she will get it fixed forme. When the coffee came out correct this time Mara decided to show her face at the window and said next time you come here lookat the screen and be sure your order is correct rudely. Horrible service from Mara she needs some training on how to talk to hercustomers. Read more
We got our drinks when we pulled to the window. However, they didn't have our food ready yet (bagel bites) which is no problem.... We pull up and wait and it took forever, ended up having to go in to ask for our food. Bad customer service when we asked forour food. Read more
I went to this Dunkin? Donuts today after not stopping their for 2 years because of bad experiences previously. Nothing has... changed!!! The tables were all dirty. Flies everywhere. The Bavarian donut and hash browns I ordered were not fresh and theatmosphere of the place is just really weird. Don?t waste your money going there. Read more
We ordered through door dash and called to complain that they messed up our order. Nila the employee that answered the phone was... extremely rude, did not care nor offer any resolutions. She also refused to connect me with a manager. I will never order fromthis Dukin donuts again and I hope you guys make adjustments to your staff as this attitude will cost your establishment a lotof money. Read more
Dunkin should have NEVER LEFT PUERTO RICO, It was great to stop by for a delicious cup of coffee with my favorite Coconut cover... donut, as alway ALL their donuts are GREAT, consider going back!!!! Read more
