The very first indication that I was in the right place was the extraordinary cleanness of the restaurant! The very next thing... is the aromatic aroma of curry chicken, plantain, steamed cabbage, carrots, brown rice and the cacophony of scents of delectabletreats from the Islands! The vegetable soup was so flavorful! The spinach dumpling was great. A guilty pleasure for myself. It has real substance but not... doughy & transported the flavor of spinach respectfully. Amazing flavor & tenderness for both the goat my son had & the salmon Ichose. The salmon had a nice hint of vinaigrette. The fruit drink absolutely wonderful. I just so happen came across this place what a hidden gem. with one sample of their curry chicken and I was hooked it's so good.... I also received a free drink with my meal which was their one of a kind fruit tea it's so delicious I couldn't stop drinking it.The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I look forward to going back to try new dishes. They also cook to order seafood onFriday nights. Give this place a try you'll be happy you did. Read more
Update Oct '22: Changed from (4) stars to (1) star. I would suggest not ordering food close to their closing time. If the... restaurant is going to give their customers the scraps from the bottom of the pot, at least offer a discount! Ordered the brownstew chicken which was more like neck bones and gravy. Even the sides were less than satisfactory! All bagged nicely with asmile.
