Our server Jorge was amazing so this review has absolutely nothing to do with him!! He went above and beyond for us and served... us great food. The reason why I?m giving a negative is because for a good portion of our meal, all we could hear was the managerberating her staff. She was so nasty and rude to them that I lost my appetite and had to bring my food home. She didn?t have aname tag of course but I believe her name is Bernadette. The staff here is extremely hardworking and kind, and seeing themtreated like that by a manager really bothered me. Hopefully you will look into finding new management. Your staff deservesbetter! Came here at 5:30 on a Saturday. Worst experience out of 3. I got a beer, which they do have great drink prices but you are... buying a 2 for 1. Fried mushrooms were great, nice kick in sauce. My wife had fish and chips with green beans. The breading wasnot completely cooked so fish was soggy. The green beans were raw and hard. I had 1/2 rack ribs and grilled shrimp with steamedbroccoli. The ribs were supposed to have sauce on, which they did but it was all but dry or burnt. The shrimp were dry andunflavored and of course broccoli was not fully cooked. Fries were okay.. been great for bar food up to this point. Not sure ifthey were down cooks due to hurricane or not but definitely a lower quality of food then other 2 times. Read more

Me and my family ordered takeout.The calamari was very tasty. My burger was also good. My wife enjoyed her meal as... well. Amazing customer service from Jackson. I am hard of hearing. He picked up on this and started signing to me.He wastelling me about how he was learning sign language in school. Ordering food is sometimes difficult and I appreciate the effortthis young man. I am soooo upset I can not remember my waiter name?HE WAS THE BEST !!! man o man, I think it was Edward ugh anyway?.my 4 star is... mostly because of him. He was attentive, nice and made great jokes. Our waitress was Violet. She was nice and attentive but not overbearing or overly friendly. We ordered firecracker shrimp as an... appetizer. I felt like it could have been a little hotter but they were good. We also ordered wings and fries. The wings werereally good. Standard service, subpar food, mediocre drinks. Edward provided very nice and prompt service. The lobster bisque was more like... crab bisque and was surprisingly thick. Giant pretzel lived up to its name. The blackberry smash was good and strong. TheTennessee peach was watery and had no peach flavor.
