I did not receive my delivery after waiting for 2 hours. The driver had car problems, but no one bothered to reach out to me. I... had to call 1 hour in to find out about the car problems. Then another hour went by before my order showed up as 'delivered' butwas no where in sight. I got a full refund but the communication was non-existent. I was not given the option of another pizzato be delivered, only the refund and 'credit' towards my next delivery. This is my first and last time to ever order fromDomino's. Read more
i am located between 2 dominos , this one first time i order here, long wait, one guy working only, 2 drivers, no manager. i... lost my 1 hour break lunch just waiting...i even ended giving up about rest of my order. cuz i had to return to work. Ordered from Dominos on Hoffner! The food was horrible. The chicken was dry with no bacon, cheese and tomatoes. The garlic... knots were dry and burnt!! Spoke to a manager named Julio on the Hoffner location and told him to redo the order . He stayed onthe phone giving me a hard time. He was extremely rude, disrespectful and actually had the nerve to tell me he would cancel myorder. I cannot believe the service I just got from him. Read more
