I had an excellent experience at Domino's Pizza tonight! (700 E Colonial Dr - Colonial and Summerlin) Nothing but kindness here!... And pizza, of course. ;-) I had ID theft earlier this year. Today was the first day I had my own money. I tried several otherplaces to see who took PayPal. Domino's takes PayPal, and so I stayed, and was quickly informed I had to order online. While Iwas ordering, my allergies were acting up (Pizza ingredients in the atmosphere) and when I asked for water, Adriana quicklyhelped me. Background context - I have severe allergies. It has not been a lifelong problem, but since I have gotten sick withan auto-immune disorder, good food that I can eat has been harder to come by. Tonight, the staff here at Domino's bent overbackwards to help me find which ingredients were in each sauce, and when I couldn't eat any of the sauces, obliged my requestfor feta cheese. Long story short, after all this, when I went to checkout, I found out PayPal is different from Venmo, andtherefore I couldn't pay for the mix and match I was ordering. They covered my meal and gave me the pizza they were making, since they "can't deconstruct it once [they've] started". I took some pictures afterwards of this night. It's Domino's Pizza, it's cheap, fast for carryout, and good. I've never had a problem with this store and they are always super... friendly inside - friendlier than other nearby pizza places too! Read more

Three stars because they ended up refunding the order, but: This location has a new policy that they will not deliver to... apartments with more than one floor?you have to go out in the street to find the driver and pick up your order. This is NOTdisclosed if you order on the app or by phone. So you add a generous tip, pay the ridiculous $4.99 delivery fee, then only gethalf of the service you paid for. In addition, the pizza was more than 30 minutes later than the promised time and cold. I?drecommend searching elsewhere unless you?re going to pick up your pizza. Read more

Apparently this Domino's location believes that paying an additional fee for "Extra Chicken" on their sandwich means "put... exactly two small pieces on it" I called immediately, but I am 10 minutes into being on hold now. Read more

I understand there is a shortage of delivery drivers, but my order took 40 min longer than the approximate delivery time. Tried... to call to check status and had to wait 10 minutes on hold for someone to answer. Food arrived late, pizza was missing toppings,dipping sauces were missing Read more

DO NOT BUY from here. Would have given No stars if available. Should have looked at the reviews before hand. I ordered 6... pizzas for nurses at the hospital where my husband has been after a heart transplant. It was for 12:30 delivery. The startedquality check at 12:40 and was still in quality check mode on tracker at 1:35. I called and spoke with a women who said theywas the manager, I think Kathy. She was very rude and said her driver wasn't back yet! I said that's really not my problem andshe said I guess you've never had a bad day at work? I said don't put this on me!! I asked for a free dessert for theinconvenience and she said okay but I don't know when it will get delivered. I said then don't add it and i need it deliveredASAP. My expereince with this store is that they totally skimp out on the toppings. We ordered two large 5 topping pizzas last on... 6-25-22 and the one which we specified with double onions and double green peppers was terrible. Hardly any onions or peppers atall and the amount of tomato sauce was skimpy as well. I wish I had taken pictures so I could post them but believe me, it'strue. I had been a loyal Domino's customer up to this point, but no longer. I took their app off my phone and am going back toPizza Hut which, while more expensive, always puts enough toppings on their pizza. Read more

Terrible, terrible delivery and customer service. There is a reason for all the 1 star reviews. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT... ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE especially if you live in a condo or apartment. They will just cancel your order, and leave youhanging, surprise! This has happened to me twice. The first time, no one answered the phone when I called to find out thereason for the cancellation, so I never knew why. The second time someone finally answered here's what he said. It is the"policy" of THIS PARTICULAR STORE that they do not deliver to the door for apartments or condo because it WASTES TOO MUCH OFTHEIR TIME, and they will not follow any directions you give about delivery. Even if you have a receptionist, they do not getout of their car and walk to the receptionist to have them call you to come pick up your food. The driver would rather, andthey do, cancel the already made food that's already been driven to your building. They say they try to call you directly, butmany people block unknown callers on their phone as I do so this is not helpful. Why not just deliver the food as promised? Whyoffer delivery if you can't follow through? Their non-delivery "policy" is not stated anywhere on the app or website, but theyact like it's my (the customer's) fault for not knowing. By the way, to the store, do you know what isn't a waste time? It'slosing customers because of your non-delivery "policy." The nerve! To say to customers that following through on a promiseddelivery is a waste of time. How does Uber Eats and Grub Hub survive? Oh right, they actually deliver. Read more
