Placed an order and the csv number was incorrect. Dominoes placed 4 holds on my card, called to ask about it and the man that... answered the phone kept getting an attitude when I asked for clarification and hanging up on me. Hella expensive for delivery. Never had any problems with delivery, but suddenly when June hit, they raised the delivery fee... from $4.75 to $5.25 for a store that's 8-10 minutes away? Also, the minimum wage is now capped at $20.00, so I'm forced to buythings to make it $20.00+. The service is poor. We waited for delivery for 2 hours, and after talking to the manager, he didn't act like he cared. He had... an attitude. Bad pizza and bad customer service. The sauce was bitter and the dough was chewy, my kids, who devour pizza refused to eat it. I... called to tell them and to get a refund, maybe 3 slices were missing because my husband ate it. They said "I don't know what totell you because the sauce we use is the same sauce we use everyday. We could remake it but it will have the same sauce." I saidno to a remake as it was gross the first time why would I want it again. I was then told they could give me a 50% off on afuture order. I declined this as we won't be ordering again.
