Walked in and tried to order 20 minutes ahead of closing , we even called ahead . They lock the doors at 11:30 so no one can get... in, the girl told us to our faces that they placed on on hold so that they wouldn?t have to take any orders coming in . Socorporate if you?re wondering why your location doesn?t make money after 11 it?s because they said that they close their lobby?sat 10:30 and don?t take orders after that time too. Lol like if you?re not going to take orders past 10:30 don?t have hours onyour actual door stating that you stay open until midnight. It?s a lie. Read more
The BEST Dominos,check that, pizza place I've ever dealt with. Employee's seem to love their jobs are very nice,helpful and... professional. Orders are always correct and on time (very fast). Place is always clean and organized have NEVER had any problemswith them and visit them at least once a week for past few years since they opened this location in Metrowest. Read more
They would lock the front door because they were busy and only two workers were there the man said. Yet only 3 customers were... inside the building. I don?t understand why they would lock the front door just because they are ?busy?. Bad bad bad! Read more

I honestly hate to do this but the bad review is well deserved. Every single time I order from this location, they forget the... little cup of marinara or any other sauces you may be untitled to via you order or additional sauces you?ve payed for. This hasbeen an ongoing problem for the past few months since I moved to this new place and subsequently started ordering my pizza fromthis location. Literally every single time I order, it?s always a ?deal? with pizza, stuffed bread, and likely a 2 liter. Breadcomes with 1 side of choice included in the purchase price of the item, clearly selected on the dominoes app, they have failedto deliver every single time. I have tried ordering extra sauces paying .50 or something for each only to receive 0. Today inthe delivery instructions, you know they specific thing the delivery guy would want to read before leaving the ?office?, I wrote?if you forget the sauce you get no tip.? Now I did still provide a $5.00 tip for his less then 2 miles of travel to my houseeven though the marinara was M.I.A. I will leave this here and hope it reaches the right people in management so this basic,easily corrected problem does not persist. Horrible attitudes. They didn?t give me everything I paid for and instead of giving me my money back the ?manager? was rude and... told me wouldn?t do that. But told me I could come back and get the items that another employee said they didn?t have or theyran out of. Read more
