Ordered two Philly cheesesteak sandwiches, waited for an hour, got a text driver was on the way. Mind you this store was less... than 2 miles away. So then I get another text saying my order had arrived and it was completed. Nope I get a call saying she wasstuck in traffic and she would be right there in 5. Nope 20+ minutes later she arrived. I take my order and then realized I hada Italian sub, and the food was warm, not hot. She didn?t put the order into the hot carrier pack. They sent a code for twomedium pizzas for my next order. If I could give this location 5 stars and a Moon ???? to go with it I would. I literally prefer this specific Dominos instead of... the the Papa Johns that?s no more than 300 feet away in distance. The staff is friendly, helpful, understanding andappreciative. I can?t remember if the the team leaders name is Chris but he?s awesome. He?s literally the bomb ???? diggity ! Sohaving helpful staff like such, helps me make a decision in regards of being indecisive at times when I can?t decide on what toeat or order. When it comes to the trail this is a go to place. I ordered a pizza and the driver didn?t even bother to look for my address. Although the apartment number is in the address, I... added special instructions of where to locate it. I called the store, the guy was like they can?t bring it out so they caneither cancel it or send out hours later. He had an attitude but whatever. Who wants a pizza that?s been driven around forhours? I tried calling the driver, I didn?t get an answer but they could respond through text: The driver claims they know thecomplex pretty well and to check my address. The address and apartment are on the sticker itself. If the building number didn?tmatch up it would?ve been nice ir they would?ve answered when I tried calling back two seconds later. I press the button once at the drive-through like the note said I could tell that they have problems with people over pressing... the button so I did it only once then after 10 minutes of waiting and nobody came to the window I saw workers walkingback-and-forth so I knocked on the window then after another five minutes of waiting when a workout finally came to the windowhe open the window and said give me five minutes and the most rude way possible and close the window and walked away. I really wish I could give this place negative 20 stars. Let's just start with I chose "contactless" delivery and even added a... note "do not knock" as is labeled on the pizza box! The driver did call when he arrived, I answered and he screamed "PIZZA" inmy ear, I proceeded to tell him "thank you, leave it at the door please", he responded with "OKAY". He in fact did not leave itat the door, he knocked and that made my dogs bark and the dogs barking proceeded to wake up my WHOLE household that was alreadyasleep! I went outside after 10 minutes and the driver was still there! I wanted my stuff left outside and for no one to make mydogs bark as they do not like when strangers are at the door. I ordered a medium pizza, cinnamon twist, and Parmesan bites. Forthe cinnamon twists, I ordered an extra icing and did not get ANY. For the Parmesan bites I PAID for two marinara sauces anddidn't get ANY. THE BEST PART is I called the store and was left on hold and when they would pick up, they would hang up on me.I would call back right away and would stay on hold again. I called the delivery driver and he said he would come to drop offthe sauces he forgot and NEVER came. SERIOUSLY DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE.
