Culver?s in my favorite restaurant hands down especially since I grew up in Wisconsin. But I will not be returning to this... specific Culver?s as their quality of customer service and quality of food is not to the same standards as other Culver?s. Onmore than 1 occasion, my bun came untoasted. Barely any ketchup but loads of mayonnaise. Extra extra pickles means exactly 2pickles every time. The employees are not as friendly as other Culver?s either. I would suggest passing on this specificCulver?s and go to another one in the area if you want quality service and food. Read more
No fries included in 4 kids meals. Window person kept rushing through without letting us finish ordering. Told us is no diet... mountain dew. Half the drinks were provided. Employees not working just talking to each other. Mgr says they are only 15. She isnot helping them learn to work and take care of customers. They had better manners. She DID NOT apologize. I was surprised to find Culver's in town. I didn't know we have it and husband surprised us ???? by taking us there. Kind of far... from our house but closer than Cape Coral where we ate their hamburger's almost every day. Here hamburgers, fries and shakes asgood as there. Sure I recommend plus there is a shopping area close by. Read more

Wasn't busy yet it took forever to get our food which wasn't that great. Also went to bathroom and 1 of the stalls had paper... towels in it so couldn't be used and the other stall had an employee changing into her work uniform and got an attitude whenasked if she was gonna be long, she heard our conversation about not being able to use the other toilet, yet when she came outshe left the bathroom and never came back to clean it. Very disappointed, I live in CT and my sister in law recommended thisplace, won't be going back. Read more
