It?s always great choice for last minute birthday cakes!

Usually, we love Cold Stone for being a premium ice cream experience, but our last visit was anything but that. My partner... asked, "what's your favorite flavor" to which she just said "I don't eat cold stone ice-cream." Even if that were true, itdoesn't exactly help the customer with a suggestion. While we both got the same size, mine was a significantly bigger portionthan my partners. When we pointed that out, the same worker replied that it was a different cup size, which we also pointed outwasn't true. Then I was told, "well, looks like you got a bit more. " Lastly, I feel like a disclaimer should be used as to howmuch the "black" Halloween special sweet cream flavor will stain EVERYTHING, including your teeth. No one needs that much foodcoloring. One of my favorite ice creamery! I usually get the birthday cake remix but went for chocolate and caramel. My husband got the... German Chocolate cake. The portions are large which I love. There are many flavor combinations to choose from or create yourown! The service was friendly and the store looked clean. It's located in a shopping area so parking is a challenge but I don'tmind. It's always a good experience at any of the Cold Stones I've been too. My first one was NYC, Time's Square. I heard aboutit on Z100 and took my daughter. Read more

The place has the WORST parking situation! Good luck finding an open space. The bathroom was atrocious! I'm talking trash and... urine on the floor and no hand soap, plus a broken napkin dispenser! Almost made me want to walk out without my ice cream!!! Read more
