0/10 Very rude worker. I guess her name is Madison B. (from my receipt). I was the only customer around 1:30pm and I had to... scream ?HELLO?? and fake call the store (twice) for her to come out. Very unhappy ????.. we ordered ice-cream for the kids "late night as a surprise" Uber dropped off our bag tightly tied from the... restaurant. When the kids pulled out their ice-cream bowls there was a live cochroach inside ????.. the waffle bowls had anextra surprise ???? ????..The ice-cream was good, but don't recommend anything uncovered.. Cold Stone is a great place to come with family for dessert. I'm a fan of all of their signature ice creams. It's usually our go... to since it's nearby, but be aware that there's usually a pretty long line. My favorite ice cream is probably Cookie Doughn'tYou Want Some, or any of their Oreo / mint flavors, but there's really something for everyone. The overall quality and servicehas been consistent over the years. One thing that was weird recently was I had a gift card, but I was only able to use it if mytotal was less than the amount on the card, which is really strange. Read more
This was a much more delightful experience than the one I received from the semeron location! I appreciate that everyone working... here was nice and my ice cream looked beautiful! I'm impressed as well at how quick and efficient they were at getting customerstheir treats and on their way, since the line wasn't exactly short. This will definitely be my new location. I'm obsessed withthis peeps flavor, I hope to see it around again next year! Read more

A little wait, but the Founders Favorite is worth the wait, in the love It size. Awesome visit, place was clean, staff was... moving the customers great.
