I'm from California and when I compare the multiple locations I've been, this is by far the worst. The line is always extremely... long. The workers are slow, they do talk alot, and there is just no hustle about this location. 2 stars only because the icecream is still great. Employees don't understand the concept of " I would like this order to go, in a closed container with a lid". They handed it to... me and told me to " break the cone and make it fit and put the lid on myself".They also took forever to attend to taking myorder. Read more
They skimp on the ice cream! My kid got a large shake and they did not fill the cup, there was an inch at least at the top. It's... so expensive to not get a full cup! Then we ordered Gotta have its {large cups} and once again the gentleman did not use thenormal amount used for the large! When he started the second cup I asked him if he was making the medium size instead of large.Well when he finished, it was not even filled to the top, so he slaps a scoop of ice cream on top to get it closer to the brim.So you've basically cheated me out of 6.69 for the amount you'd use in a medium. We usually go to lake mary store and I'venoticed they have cut back a bit on portion size, but the ice cream is at least at the brim! Sorry we'll never go back there! Myhubby doesn't like to be confrontational which is why I asked which size he was making but if it were just me there, I wouldhave complained! If you want an insane ice cream treat, this is the place! They have quite the assortment of flavors, but we ultimately chose Our... Strawberry Blonde and Dough For It and both were so sweet and yummy. I opted to get mine in a waffle bowl, which made a niceaddition. You can also go with a sundae or a cone if you want something more traditional. And don?t forget about their ice creamcakes; Coldstone makes a great cool birthday treat! Read more
We tried cake batter batter batter which is cake batter ice cream with brownie and cookie dough added. OMG what a sugar... overload. Highly recommend. Servers were quick and very friendly. Read more
