The worst location. I?m a regular customer to this brand. I often visit MCO airport (Terminal A) and for the last four times... the experience has been terrible. - 10 minutes for an order and when they called me.....?big news?... Pretzels are sold out. -I ordered cinnamon sugar pretzel nuggets and receive less than usual, I asked if they can provide a normal size but said theyare sold out and they will not make more... so I asked to cancel the order or a refund, they immediately talked to the nextcustomer in line and The associate ignored me. My last experience was last week. When it was hard to order as they were signingwith a very loud music. My order was given to another customer, and the employee said it is a regular customer which had notime to wait so I should wait five to eight more minutes. I said the tradition is first come first served and they said thatrules does not work when loyal customers are at the place. Staff is not friendly at all A&A should close this place for awhile and do a new training to the whole staff based on customer experience. Unfortunately is the only store in the area. Love Annie?s. Would never go to the one at MCO. We have been there 3 times. First time they were closed when everyone else in... the food court were open. Second time they had no hot dogs and told me it would be 1.5 to 2 hours to cook more. Third time theyhad very burnt hot dogs, very burnt pretzels, and some old mast nuggets in a cup. Terrible service. Only 2 items available - and the items in process were more of what they already had. No savory items, only... sweet. It would have been 20 minutes to get a pepperoni or any meat item. Don't take American Express, and no signage. Way tooexpensive. Use other options in the future. Not too shabby, don't like how the food is premade and sitting out there. Makes it fast to get but kinda stale.
