Over a month ago churches have a thing where you doing a survey & get a free piece of chicken. I usually go every Wednesday to... get the special. Personally I Love Church's Chicken the Most out of the Fast Food Fried Chicken Restaurants with KFC Coming in at A Close Second.... This Church's Chicken is Exactly The Same as Every Other One Which is a Very Good Thing. That Means it Has Incredible FriedChicken and Sides like Mac n Cheese, Mashed Potatoes, Honey Biscuits, Etc. Unfortunately, we must have gone on a bad day. The workers were arguing (cursing) amongst themselves really loud, and arguing... with the Manager. At least 3 customers (from the drive-thru) had to come inside because of missing or wrong things on theirorder. I had 2 orders, a large one and, one with a few items that I had forgotten. The order was correct, but everything wasovercooked. The jalapeño bombers didn't have anything in them because they were cooked too long. Both boxes of the chicken werehard and chewy. Very good customer service experience. The young man taking orders was very professional. Fairly clean place. My only small... complaint is the over cooked chicken. Well it's either the chicken is being over cooked OR they need to change out the old fryeroil for some fresh new fryer oil. Read more

I'm not a big chicken fan, but the $6 box on Wednesdays with 8 pieces is awesome. I've been coming here for years but never took... the time to write a review. The crew is always friendly and patient. Church's chicken has the best biscuits by far. Expect towait during lunch and dinner rush, because it's always jam packed during those times. Church's has a bad rep and I see why. I decided to stop here being in the neighborhood only to stand several minutes while... being ignored by the cashier who made it clear she was ready to go home. The lazy looking lady sitting behind the counter (who Iguess was manager) finally stopped being lazy long enough to tell cashier to ring us up. When I get my meal there is no whitemeat or jalapeno in bag. Lazy bones screaming about a $2 up charge instead of fixing the order that her cashier screwed up.Cashier remembers me asking for white meat but didn't ring it up. Most places would just replace the order after they screw itup instead she screams an charges me some made up $1.99 charge and I just left never to return to this location an if youdislike ignorant people you won't either.
