Empower your employees! You are a billion $ company yet you have staff that is unable or unwilling to accommodate. Stinginess... and watching the bottom line are two different things. I came to pick up an order for my friend and it was so frustrating that Iwould have left had it been my food. The bowl was absolutely not worth paying $16 for. The lines @ this Chipotle often move fast.. probably because they never have any items! Every time I?ve gone their out of one of... the rices, fajitas, a certain meat, a certain sauce, and always out of chips. Great location, fast service, never anyitems. Will not return here. Read more
I have ordered from this location several times and they alway messed up my orders. Either it?s something missing or wrong... items. This time, we ordered to pick up through the chipotle lane and because of the bad previous experiences I checked my orderand it was wrong, the sour cream was missing and the side of chips too; I had to go inside and talk with the worker and whilethey help me it took them almost 10 minutes to remake the quesadilla ( I was the only one in the line, and they were notunderstaff, at least 6 people where behind the counter but not sure if hiding or doing something in the kitchen. This Chipotle is the worst one I?ve ever been to. I do not recommend anyone visit this one. They have messed up my orders... multiple times and this time it looks like they split a bag of chips in half so they could get by the rest of the night withoutmaking more. I paid full price for these chips and there are maybe about 20 chips in here. I will not be ordering from thischipotle anymore and do not recommend anyone does. Read more
I?ve been to this Chipotle several times and I think this time will be the last. They prioritize online orders over people in... the store, they skimp you on the double meat, often don?t have items and always under staffed. They prioritize online to thepoint where you can?t even order certain things like the fajitas even though they?re sitting there right in front of you becauseit?s an ?online only item?. Ownership or management needs to figure it out because their employees are clearly over stressedand prioritizing online orders to this extent is ridiculous. Read more
0 STARS! Customer service is HORRIBLE and the workers are beyond rude. They dont even give you regular size portions. I was... charged extra for guacamole just to get a dime size and I was only given like 5 small pieces of steak on my burrito. LITERALLY.She didnt even give me a scoop, she gave me like a tip of a scoop and then tried to make me pay for double when I said somethingabout it. Also the counter is extremely over filled with food and workers dont change gloves after walking around, scratchinghair, rubbing pants & then want to roll your burrito. Disgusting. I had a situation at this store that I wanted a vingearette for my bowl. I preceed to ask for it but the cashier response was... they could not give it to me cause they were only for salad bowls. I asked for manager and asked again but also offered to payfor salad bowl. I was completely ignored by the cashier and just gave me my total and my food. I saw behind the counter in thefridge they had three whole containers worth of vinegarette. Plenty for any salad orders and the two I asked for. Both cashierand manager didn't really make effort to assist. Also went to whole other chipotle and they didn't even have any. Only upsetwith this chipotle on colonial because an hour before closing your telling me all those sauces were going to get used for allsalads in 1 HOUR!! CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS WORK!! I used to eat in chipotle, but today I was shocked. I ordered pick up bowl from Uber eats, and when I got home I found out they... put just THREE small pieces of chicken, THREE! And the size of bowl was like 40% smaller than they used to have. Verydisappointed because I was so hungry Read more
