This was one of my worst Chipotle experiences ever. My grandchildren don't eat Chipotle so we ordered from this location to... allow for easy pickup from another restaurant for them and the adults could have what they normally love. A bowl was made as aburrito and the burrito was made as a bowl. They couldn't find the order. All of the rice was undercooked. I can not believehow inept this location is. Read more

Burrito was sloppy and falling apart right out of the wrapper. They used the wrong rice and the lady at the window didn?t speak... English. She was disinterested in getting my meal, she said something after giving me my meal but I have no idea what she said,I just drove off. I walked in an seen about 10 people in line around 3:30. Most of the tables were filthy with no one sitting at them. The wait... was incredibly painful to get to the make station. When I seen how filthy the make station was and how the food looked like itwas all mixed I started to lose my appetite. Then I seen the cashier handle cash with the same gloves he made food with and thenback to the make station with same gloves. I had to walk out without food. No thanks. I don't know what happened to Chipotle. Maybe it's this one or all Chipotle? The service is pleasant, but ... SO...SLOW. It... should not take 30 minutes to order a burrito. Without fail, they will be out of something you want. Their fall from grace hasbeen ugly. There are literally 3 other Mexican establishments in THIS BLOCK. You'd be better off going there. This is the dirtiest Chipotle I?ve even been to. Also no forks so I ate my bowl with a spoon, which isn?t a hardship, just odd.... Around the soda fountain it was so bad I felt compelled to throw a few pieces of garbage in the trash. I tried to wipe off ourtable but there was some kind of sticky stuff that needed a solvent, there was also rice. All the Tabasco Chipotle bottles wereempty or almost empty and I had to walk to 2 different tables to get enough. Girl making my son?s burrito put about 2 cups ofcheese and easily an entire cup of sour cream, folding it into a frankenrito that spilled and sputtered the entire time he ateit. I wondered what her training was like or if she ever ate a burrito before. But good employees are currently hard to find andfrankly he said it tasted good. I?m not sure if I would have agreed but it?s his burrito. He did end up wearing quite a bit onhis hands (manos) and I may have identified the source of the debris that was on the table before us, as upon his burrito?sbraking open, there was a shower of white chicken pieces splashing everywhere.
