This store would get zero stars if I could. I was so happy at first when I saw they opened one in this location. The employees... here have no idea what their doing , the food is always either over watered or extremely dry. Half of the time they seem liketheir high on something . Just messy and dirty , for a fairly new restaurant it should not look the way it does . I?ve goneabout a handful of times now and it gets worse every time . The food and the experience. What gives ? It has been the dirtiest and nasty Chipotle I have ever been to. The health and sanitation department should visit them rush,... fine and close this place for poor food handling and poor cleaning. It is very gross, disgusting and all the tables dirty. Iasked an employee to clean my table and with a super wet cloth she cleans all the tables without spray them. If there was 0 out 5 stars I'd give it. 4pm on a Monday. Empty dining, kitchen full of staff. Waited 5 minutes, the only people... in line. Not acknowledged. When we were finally acknowledged, we were asked to wait 10 MORE minutes due to shift change. IfChipotle corporate sees this - you need completely new staff and management. Absolutely awful. I wouldn't order online. I was missing toppings and everything seemed like half the portions they used to give. I asked for... extra sour cream and the amount they gave me would've been fine for a normal bowl but because there was barely any toppings itwas drowning and quickly felt inedible after I attempted to eat it. Absolute pitiful experience! Literally walked in with my party a few minutes before 9pm and instead of my party and I being... greeted and welcomed, the young woman at the cashier rather complained and displayed an unpleasant attitude because there was 21of us that had to be served and she didn?t want to be there?mind you they close at 11pm! She was obviously didn?t care to bethere nor serve anyone that walked in through those doors! They closed down the lemonade machines 2 hours early before theirclosing time. They ran out of forks up at the front and instead of them grabbing some more forks from the back, the woman at thecashier came up with a bogus excuse that there was a fork shortage so we couldn?t get us any forks! The dining room?Disgusting! They purposely didn?t even bother to clean the dining room tables just so that no one would dine in! Their icemachine wasn?t working; Bathroom? Disgusting! Literally, to whomever the store manager of this Chipotle location is, do yourcustomers a favor and get yourself involved! Invest into your location?s appearance and training your employees! I ordered two chicken bowls with brown and white rice on the chipotle app. Beans, tomato salsa, and sour cream etc. they gave me... a steak burrito with rice and beans. Also, a bowl with pork like are you serious. I?m not doing online anymore only in personbecause I can see and demand what I?m getting. This was the third Chipotle my friend and I had gone to tonight to try and get food. The others were out of everything!! Jay,... the cook, is DELIGHTFUL, friendly, and helpful. Brian, the one making the bowls and burritos, was kind, attentive, and was doinghis very best to keep up with everyone. I didn't get the name of the girl at the register, but she went out of her way to getthe tobacco sauce I needed and brought it to me. This is HANDS DOWN the best Chipotle in the Orlando area.
