Customer Service amazing.....Food no so good. I did an online order and the portions were extremely reduced, lettuce and beans... looked like they counted how many they were putting in the bowl, same with the rice and carnitas. So basically, I am paying morefor less. I don't think I will be paying again in Chipotle +$10, for half what I used to get. Read more

This has to be the WORST CHIPOTLE I have every been too. They don?t greet - went straight to what they DON?T have - NO... Guacamole Never has the vinaigrette ever - and no and something else that she said, turn me off to even consider of buyingsomething there. I drove an extra 15 minutes to the next chipotle to one ensure to have better service. I am a store manager ofa store that understands customer service, and how you speak to people. I usually really enjoy going to Chipotle to eat but this last time I walked in the door 3 minutes after my order was supposed to... be ready for pick up and not only was it not ready but there was another customer also waiting. So the kid that seemed to be incharge tells the other kid to keep helping people in line while he chats with purple at the register. I already knew that peopledon't stop coming in, so it took another 15 minutes to get my order. Why did i order ahead? If i didn't already pay i could havegotten in line and gotten my food faster. This is unfortunately the closest chipotle to my house. No matter how many times I complain to corporate about the mistreatment... and errors this location makes it never changes. The management is long overdue for a change because this is the most poorly runrestaurant in the vicinity. My husband picks up the order I send in (I order about 3-4 times a week) and I send him thescreenshots of my order with my name and what I ordered. Every single time this one specific worker (Young black guy) is there,he gives my husband a hard time. Every single time he asks him who it is for and my husband shows the proof. Today the same guywas at it again, and asked my husband if he has ID proof. Is Chipotle even allowed to ask for ID? This worker is not servingalcohol or anything of that sort. The guy needs to calm down and stop harassing my husband because he is doing it on purpose.I'm pretty sure if the same guy comes in every week with the same exact order and name of the order, you would stop harassingand questioning him every single time. Actual rating 3.9. Its not bad, not great. Staff here are competent but sad and grumpy looking. Food is very salty. Here is a... trick to avoid that. The salt is in everything but the meat, cheese, guacamole and lettuce. I bring my own store bought salsa.Makes it less salty by a ton. If you look at the sodium content of their pico online your heart will skip a beat so don't getit. Read more

What is the point to order online if you are not going to read what is ordered? I understand times are hard and sometimes could... be busy but this location does not read the online order receipts EVER. My orders have been wrong so many times is unbelievable.Getting home, wanting to eat your dinner to find the order to be completely wrong. Like I said this is not the first, second orthird time, it?s been several times. People need to do better. Read more

Nice clean place but this is where the positive ends. Had quite a nasty experience. Placed a pick up order on their website.... About 30+ minutes later on my lunch break went to pick it up. Order wasn?t ready so I waited about 5 minutes. Saw that no onewas making any online orders. Asked the cashier and she went to the back. Then came back and said quite rudely that my order wasnever made because they had a technical issue. However, there were many other online orders ready there. Okay, asked if she canmake my order now then since I was already charged for it online? She rudely said no and that I need to go to the end of line ifI want food??!?! I told her I can?t wait another 30 minutes in the long line due to being on lunch break and to reimburse mymoney. She promptly said how she won?t reimburse me anything and to call corporate. Chipotle doesn?t have any customer supportover the phone and only automated messages. I sent in a request to one of their bots to refund me the money for the food I neverreceived. No answer for a week. They definitely should have handled this situation better. Read more

Avoid this Chipotle location. Employees do not pay attention to detail for online orders. The restaurant wasn?t that packed for... a Saturday afternoon. Yet the food was not ready at the designated pick up time. Since I had to wait, I was able to see theemployee prepare my order. She first messed up the soft tacos I order by making them hard. Second, she was throwing food intothe bowl like if she was serving dog food. No attention to detail. Since she was doing a poor job I started recording her from adistance. Another employee who was on break, eating a bowl, stood up and told her I was recording. The employee started gettingupset and I just explained to her that she was making my order. Instead of focusing on my recording, she should?ve focused onmaking my order properly. She just got mad she got caught doing a poor job. ?Shit?potle management should do better at thislocation.
