Upon arrival, at 3pm with no crowd, the inside of this store was filthy, making me opt for takeout. I ordered the steak bowl... and a bag of chips and a large fountain drink. The clerk was too busy chatting with a co-worker about something not workrelated to let me tell her I wanted to get my meal take out. Once I got a change to get a word in, I was surprised by my $18tab. The menu board listed the steak bowl at $10.50, but the charge was $12.15 before tax. $3 is a lot for a fountain drink. Once I got to the fountain, root beer was shooting out some foamy clear liquid, not root beer. I opted for Coke and dopey me,did not taste it before I left the store. I don't know what it was, but the brown liquid was not Coke. And to ad insult, youget a paper straw, which I hate. They get soggy and taste like a paper towel after 2 sips. And my food was cold when I gothome, a 5 minute drive to my hour 2 miles away. This will be my first and last visit to Chipotle. Good luck. Read more

As someone who has worked at Chipotle I have full sympathy for the workers and management. But this is THE worst Chipotle I have... ever been to. And it seems to be Management's fault. For one they're understaffed for the lunch rush and only have one persondoing burritos, one on register and for some reason two people on the grill. I've worked grill and even on the worst lunchrushes with some effort you can easily handle the grill by yourself or have someone help get you caught up and then move themback. Even with the grill having two people they weren't keeping pace with the rush and they weren't even seasoning the riceproperly. I get it we sometimes run out of cilantro, and/or lime juice. But we definitely always have salt at the least. And noseasoning was added at all. Even the chicken tasted like no salt was added. You should be able to taste the seasoning is thestandard. And keep in mind that this wasnt even a bad lunch rush and I was waiting 20 - 30 minutes to even order. There was atotal of 6 people in front of me. The worst part of it all is when you finally get your food it does not even taste likeChipotle. It tastes worse somehow. Whoever management is here needs to seriously be looked at. Read more

Where to start... frequently locks doors and swaps to "online orders only" due to being short staffed, guacamole is usually... mostly chunks of unripened avocado, usually out of cheese, also usually out of at least 2 other items, extremely skimpedportions, miserable looking staff, dirty interior... really good example of what not to do as a business, ever, let alone onethat deals with food. Also, apparently the included image is double protein, salsa, black beans, and guacamole Read more

First, there was nobody in the restaurant but me. The person on the food line was making an online order, which was two bowls.... From the time I walked in, to the time the employee greeted me, it was 7 minutes, which I timed. 7 MINUTES TO MAKE TWO BOWLS?!The line started building as the lunch rush came in, about 15-20 people behind me in line, the employee still hadn?t greeted meor started my order. There is NO SENSE OF URGENCY at this store. Then, I asked for double meat, and I got a tiny scoop thatseemed to be half of one serving. When I got home (about 5 min away) my food was ice cold and flavorless, like they forgot toseason everything. I am so disgusted with the quality I didn?t even want to eat it. When I got home, I separated the meat frommy bowl and weighed it. 4oz with a little bit of toppings on it. So probably about 3oz of meat. Which was supposed to be double.I eat chipotle very frequently, about 2-3 times a week and it?s never consistent with anything. I paid almost $10 for the worstmeal I?ve ever had. Read more

I ordered a barbacoa quesadilla on the app and picked up in store. When I got home I noticed I have a bowl instead. When I... opened it, it was far from a quesadilla. It looked like a soup of sour cream. They put the barbacoa in a bowl with salsa andsour cream over it. That is not a quesadilla. I had them before from there and this is far from what it looks like. It isunacceptable and rude to give such a thing to a customer instead of their order. If they were out of quesadillas, cancel myorder or let me know. Trying to sneak this in as a quesadilla is beyond rude. Read more
