I wish I could give 0 stars for horrible service and food. Wife got chicken tacos, they gave her the last of the chicken, we... asked if they could give the fresh chicken on the prep table behind ready to be put out. Person said no. Her chicken wascompletely dried out. I got steak burrito, guy had to ask me 5xs what I was ordering. My tortilla was half steamed, steak driedout. I got a half a scoop of rice. If you're vegetarian or vegan check that they have what you want before starting your order. After starting our order we... realized the Sofritas and Fajitas containers were empty and clean (as if they did not offer these items). We asked if we couldstep aside and wait for them to be prepared and were told they do not serve them. We were forced to pay $8.40 each plus tax forbeans, rice, salsa and lettuce. We then asked if we could just be comped for them not having a "protein" and fajitas and theyrefused. We tried to be understanding and just paid and ate our food. But this is really frustrating. I?m very particular about how my food is prepared, let?s get that out of the way, and I allow a lot since I have this issue. I... rarely eat out because of this fact. With that being said, I wish the person on this day, who attempted to cut the veggies forthis location, would have stayed at home, because clearly they didn?t come to work. Who wants to chop into large pieces ofveggies, if that?s that case, just throw the entire veggie into the bowl. This was inexcusable. Not only were they not cutproperly, they were not separated after being cut.
