why is it everytime i order pick up or delivery my bowl looks like a 3rd potion. if you cannot go into the store for your food... dont order from this location the pickup/ delivery option is just sad talk about rip off. chipotles portions have declined overthe years, but when i tell you there is always an issue with my pick up or delivery order im not even kidding. i would like acredit i would like a call back, and most importantly i would. like yall to put standard portions in your pick up and deliveryorders! Always happy with my order until I found out they do not handle the mistake properly. Tried to contact the restaurant for the... pickup order issue but they keep hanging up on me. My Barbacoa Burrito was made wrong and have the smallest amount of meat onit. Missing salsa, etc. super unsatisfied with this order. I hope you want to make it right. Read more
This is without a doubt, the worst Chipotle in Orlando. Always 8-10 employees in the store and nobody on the line working. There... is zero management and it appears as if the employees just have free rein to do what they want, so long as it doesn't includemaking customer orders. I'm not one for complaining but someone needs to be held accountable. Good thing there is better foodand faster service very close by. Read more
If you love Chipotle as much I do, avoid this location. Let me explain: We all know that chipotle is well known for their bowls... and burritos, healthy good food, generous size meals and quick service. Unfortunately after many years of enjoyment of this onthis location in Lake Nona were i live is getting from bad to really bad. its been not once but already more than a few timesthat i have to order online at the location it self because of lack of personal, i dont know exactly how their system works butyou have 3 or 4 ppl working but they dont want to use the register but they make you order online wait for eat and chosenif youwant to eat there or not. I definitely can live with that but what is happened to me twice this week, really deserves a reviewand attention from management. I ordered my typical steak burrito and pay extra for double portion of steak with onions andpeppers, Not only the onions and peppers were missing but the steak was simply a joke. i end up paying almost $4 and changeextra for a ?rice burrito? , yep after my long day of working, took home my order and my burrito had almost no steak atall. Lake Nona is growing fast and is very desirable are, expensive to live and restaurants are killing themselves to have aspot so they can profit from it. Chipotle dropped the ball so bad on this location, staff is stressed, they claim to beunderstaffed, tables are very dirty, and now this? $11 + 4 (extra steak) = 15 bucks Rice and beans burrito. I can tell you thatsubway and quiznos didn?t survive when Publix came up with their own version of subs, at much better price , quality andcustomer service. Typical Chipotle flavor and quality. Not much to knock, the place was packed during lunch time (as expected), I placed my online... order to pick up at 12:40pm, showed up at 12:42pm and my order was ready to go. If you?re going to this location be warned, theparking/traffic is HORRIBLE? so bring extra patience with you. Read more
Ordered my burrito online?perfect Got that burrito home and after eating a quarter of it I found a lovely long black hair in the... burrito.. Now here?s the issue..if you order online you can?t get your money back if you go to the store, all they can offeryou is to make your order again. (Not really what you want after finding a hair.) The customer service for Chipotle is awful?notthe local store but the corporate office.. I'm super upset. My husband and I had a bad experience here. I want a refund but whatever. So my husband got a half chicken half... steak burrito but got 3 pieces of steak and a little bit of chicken and got charged for a steak burrito! THEN i wanted a veggieburrito but they were all out during the lunch rush... My burrito wasn't even folded right!! Rice was mushy as well. I had toeat my burrito like a soup. Read more
Probably the worst chipotle I?ve ever eaten. Went inside to grab my order from the pickup stand. It wasn?t there even though it... was 10 minutes past my pick up time. Went to the counter to ask if it was ready and all the employees were standing aroundtalking and eating at the counter. After about 5 minutes of waiting on them to finish talking I got a chance to ask for my orderand it was just sitting on a back counter and no one had placed it in the pick up spot.
